As part of the new Modernizing Privacy Legislation Act (“Bill 25”), which comes into force on September 22, 2022, we are pleased to appoint Annick Lapointe as our Customer Privacy Officer. Annick Lapointe will be responsible for, among other things:

    • take reasonable steps to reduce the risk of harm to the individuals concerned and to prevent further incidents of a similar nature;
